Our Cancellation Policy

Given the exceptional circumstances we currently face, we are offering flexibility and support for all bookings made directly via email, and via telephone. This includes:

Free change of date up to 24 hours prior to arrival for stays.

For groups, we will extend flexibility on our contractual agreement.

We value the trust and loyalty invested in Kapok Hotel by all of our guests and we are working together to answer any queries regarding upcoming stays and events.
